Hey there! Hope everyone had a wonderful CHRISTmas. Dustin and I had a lovely one with our family and friends. We went to the Casa Monica Hotel in St. Augustine for a brunch and had Christmas at Dustin's parent's house.

Jaguars vs. Chargers... 24-17

Yesterday (Sunday November 18th) Dustin and I went to the Jaguar/Charger football game. We had a blast! A friend of his from work has awesome season tickets that were twenty rows up from the 20 yd. line! Pretty stinkin' awesome. As many of you may know Dustin is from San Diego so he's a Charger and boy did he get a lot of grief! Haha

The weather was awesome! Although, we felt at one point that the side of our faces were going to melt because the sun was beating on us so bad!

It's beginning to look a lot like FALL

I love this time of year. It's cooling down (finally) and we are able to keep our windows open and enjoy this fall like weather. Yesterday and today have been the coolest yet and Dustin and I have been enjoying the time well spent with our family and friends.

Visit with the Turbides...

Last Thursday and Friday Dustin's good friend Peter and his wife Ashley were in Jacksonville and hung out with us. Peter has been stationed in Bahrain for the past year. For the next six months he will be in Pensacola and after that he and Ashley will be headed out to SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA where he will be stationed for a while (however long that is). Ah, how Dustin and I would love to live in San Diego...who knows maybe we will depending on what job offers are presented to him around graduation time. Anyway, we had such a wonderful time with them...we miss them terribly already! I never thought I could do so much eating in just 2 days! We took them to all of our favorite places...including Rita's Italian Ice! The picture I've attached was taken in St. Augustine.

Dustin loves a good o'l caramel candy apple! He's not one for sweets so I had to capture this moment...plus his lips were super blue from the sprinkles! Haha

Kim's Birthday bash!

On Saturday 10/13 we celebrated Kim's b-day! Toni made a chocolate malted milk ball ice cream cake (YUM!) and Reagan had the most fun with it! Everyone was talking and I looked over at Reagan and she had given up on her spoon and decided to just eat it how she wanted to and I went and grabbed my camera and shot a video...

Lately she's been doing this "scary" face and it's hilarious!

Wedding Planning

The wedding planning is going extremely well. Dustin pokes fun at me because I've gotten so much accomplished but the way I look at it is the more we can get accomplished now the less stressed we'll be when the BIG DAY approaches!

What We've Gotten Accomplished:
-Reserved place of ceremony and reception
-Ordered cake
-Ordered flowers
-Bridesmaid dresses picked out and all the ladies look great in them
-Wedding Theme (we are going for a romantic feel...with "wine" as our color)
-Have a D.J. (thanks Magan)

The proposal

On August 21, 2007 (our 11 months anniversary), Dustin proposed to me at La Jolla Park in San Diego, California. It couldn't have been more perfect. Aunt Lori packed us a picnic and Dustin hide the ring in it. Before we had our picnic we had gone to what the locals call "the cliffs" we were beat after the climb down and up. I was so sweaty and stinky for his proposal (haha). Everything happened as God wanted and it came out absolutely perfect. Thank you Aunt Lori, uncle Kevin and Garrett for making that day even more special for us.
